Dr Toon Dong Hao is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over a decade of experience in the field, with a special interest in the management of sports injuries and upper limb conditions. Dr Toon is recognised for his advanced surgical capabilities, including being among the first surgeons in Singapore to perform an all-arthroscopic muscle advancement procedure for irreparable rotator cuff tears.
Dr Toon is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and is an accredited Orthopaedic Specialist by the Ministry of Health, Singapore. He completed his orthopaedic residency under the National Healthcare Group and was awarded the prestigious Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Scholarship by the Ministry of Health to pursue fellowship training in Advanced Shoulder and Elbow Surgery in Sydney, Australia.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Toon is actively involved in orthopaedic education and research, and has received the National Healthcare Group Teaching Award for Senior Doctors in recognition of his contributions to medical training.
