Dr Nicholas Ching Sing Yeoh is a Ministry of Health–accredited orthopaedic specialist in Singapore with subspecialty expertise in hip and knee reconstruction surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2009. After completing six years of Orthopaedic Surgery Residency training in Singapore, he became the youngest orthopaedic resident at the time to successfully complete the programme in 2017.
Dr Yeoh has extensive experience in hip and knee joint replacement surgery, complex revision arthroplasty, and orthopaedic trauma management. He was awarded the prestigious Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship by the Ministry of Health Singapore to pursue advanced fellowship training in hip and knee reconstruction surgery in Sydney, Australia. In addition to his clinical work, Dr Yeoh has been actively involved in medical education, research, and training future doctors and surgeons, while continuing to contribute to the advancement of orthopaedic care.

Dr Yeoh was also the first surgeon to perform total hip replacement via the direct anterior approach at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and has since performed the largest number of such procedures at the institution. He also co-developed the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols for total knee replacement at the hospital, enabling patients to recover faster, return to daily activities sooner, and reduce hospital stays without compromising safety.
