Dr Henry Chan

Dr Henry Chan is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with a subspecialty focus in hip and knee joint replacement surgery. Having been awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship by the Ministry of Health Singapore, he completed advanced fellowship training in Revision Hip and Knee Arthroplasty at the renowned Helios Endo-Klinik in Hamburg, Germany — the largest hip and knee reconstruction centre in Europe.
With more than 1,000 computer-navigated joint replacements performed since 2013, Dr Chan is known for his precision-driven surgical techniques and expertise in complex revision joint surgery. He previously spearheaded the Joint Replacement Unit at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and is regularly invited to teach basic and advanced joint replacement courses across the region.
He is widely regarded by patients as friendly, caring, and approachable, combining advanced technology with personalised care.
